Ransey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very honest about everything, which I really appreciated. I’m super pleased with the customer service and attention to detail at this body shop. You can tell Ransey truly loves what he does and genuinely cares about his clients. I can’t recommend this body shop enough! 1/10/2026 I recently had to bring my car back to J&R for a dent repair. I am pleased with Ransey’s work. I trust him with my eyes closed and can say he did a great job!!

Brought my car in to get the hood fixed and painted after some damage on the expressway by a stone. The quality of the work, quick turnaround, and great service exceeded my expectations especially since they sanded down and repainted the whole hood of my car. Ransey, the owner, is honest and offers fair prices. I’ll definitely be coming back to fix a few other nicks the car has.

After an accident that left my car with noticeable damage, I brought it in for repairs. The team was incredibly friendly, honest, and upfront about everything—from the estimated cost to the timeline for the work. They communicated regularly and clearly, which made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. Incredible work!!!
